Timewave Technology Inc. has acquired the rights to
the ANC-4 Antenna Noise Canceller from JPS Communications, Inc. The ANC-4
uses null-steering technology to eliminate noise from power lines, electric
motors, and home electronic devices. The versatile ANC-4 can also null
strong interfering signals and peak weak signals by combining signals from
two antennas.
Inserted before the front end of a receiver or transceiver,
the ANC-4 is an excellent complement to Timewave's industry-leading DSP-599zx
post-detection signal processor. The ANC-4 can wipe out S-9 line noise
while the DSP-599zx can reduce random noise, eliminate heterodynes and
slice adjacent channel QRM.
